Entry QR

Create an entry pass and show the QR or reference code to the guard. The pass has a validity window. After a successful scan, create a new pass for your next visit.

Permit status

See whether your permit is active and whether you are inside your daily access window right now.

Your name, community, permit status, daily window and notes from your admin.

How to use the Helper app

Signing in: Helpers do not sign up in the app. The community admin adds you as a helper with a permit and daily access window and gives you an email and password to sign in.

    Get added by your society

    Your community admin adds you as a helper, sets your daily access window and gives you your login.

    Install and sign in

    Install the Helper app and sign in with your email and password.

    Check your permit

    The dashboard shows your permit status and whether you are inside your access window.

    At the gate

    Open Entry QR, create a pass and show the QR or reference code to the guard.

    Next visit

    After the guard scans it, create a new pass for your next visit.

How does a helper get a login?

The community admin adds the helper, sets the permit and daily access window, and shares the email and password.

Why was my pass not accepted?

Your permit may be inactive, you may be outside your daily access window, or the pass was already used. Check the dashboard and create a new pass.

Can I use the same QR every day?

No. After a successful scan, create a new pass for your next visit.

Get the apps for your society

Start with a 30-day free pilot for one society. After the pilot, plans are $99, $249 or $499 per month. Online signup through the pilot page has no setup fee and includes remote setup help. In Pakistan, optional assisted onboarding (an on-site visit, guard and admin training, and loading your residents) is a one-time service priced by plan (Starter PKR 25,000, Professional PKR 40,000, Enterprise PKR 60,000), charged only if you choose it, when you move to a paid plan. No setup fee outside Pakistan.
