Visitor Management & Gate Pass App for Rawalpindi Housing Societies
Built for Rawalpindi gates
Rawalpindi has cantonment-adjacent housing schemes, large private townships along GT Road and the Islamabad Expressway corridor, and older mohallas converted into gated streets. Many residents commute daily to Islamabad, so gates see sharp morning and evening peaks. QR passes created in advance keep those peaks moving. (Areas are named only to describe the kinds of communities in Rawalpindi. GuardWatch doesn't claim them as customers.)
How a visit works
The resident creates a pass, the guest gets a QR on WhatsApp, the guard scans it (or types the code), the host unit is confirmed, and the entry is logged permanently.
Helpers
Maids, drivers and cooks get their own Helper QR that works only during their permitted hours.
Guards
Shift Time IN/Time OUT, and every scan is tied to a guard. This helps where a society shares one security contractor across several gates.
Pricing in Pakistan
$99 / $249 / $499 per month, invoiced in PKR by bank transfer, with no auto-charge. 30-day free pilot. Optional on-site onboarding is one-time, and only if you choose it.
Devices
Existing Android phones (iOS is in development). Scanning needs data, so keep mobile data as a backup.
