What the Admin app does
Dashboard
Total and active users, total and occupied units, and your subscription status, plan and next billing date.
Users
Add, edit and remove community members with their role, phone, address and house number. Search and filter by role and status.
Security guards
See your guards and add new guard accounts for the gate.
Units
Add and edit units with block, floor, size, owner, tenant, rent or purchase price and occupancy date.
Guest activity
A read-only feed of guest invitations, visitor passes and gate scans, with host, guard, entry state and failure reason. Search by guest, code or phone.
Helpers activity
A read-only feed of helper QR passes and gate scans, with permit status and guard.
My community
Your community address, contact details and subscription.

Step by step
How to use the Admin app
Signing in: Your admin login is set up by GuardWatch when your society is onboarded. Sign in with that email and password; use Forgot password to reset it by email.

Get your admin login
GuardWatch sets up your community and your admin account during onboarding.

Install and sign in
Install the Admin app and sign in with your email and password.

Add units and residents
Add your units, then add residents or approve their requests to join.

Add your guards
Open Security Guards and add an account for each guard. Share their login with them.

Follow gate activity
Check Guest Activity and Helpers Activity to see passes and scans as they happen.
GuardWatch Admin FAQs
Who can use the Admin app?
Community admins of a society on GuardWatch. The admin login is created when the society is onboarded.
Can I add guards from the app?
Yes. Open Security Guards, add the guard and share the email and password with them.
Can I change gate records from the app?
No. Guest and helper activity are read-only feeds, so the log stays as it happened.
Is there a web dashboard too?
Yes. Admins can also manage the community from the GuardWatch web dashboard, including community helpers.

Start with a 30-day free pilot for one society. After the pilot, plans are $99, $249 or $499 per month. Online signup through the pilot page has no setup fee and includes remote setup help. In Pakistan, optional assisted onboarding (an on-site visit, guard and admin training, and loading your residents) is a one-time service priced by plan (Starter PKR 25,000, Professional PKR 40,000, Enterprise PKR 60,000), charged only if you choose it, when you move to a paid plan. No setup fee outside Pakistan.
