For Lahore housing societies

Digital Gate Passes for Lahore Housing Societies

Lahore has some of Pakistan's largest planned housing schemes, plus many smaller cooperative societies, and almost all of them still run their gates from a paper register. GuardWatch gives each society a simple digital system: residents create QR passes for visitors, guards scan them at the gate, and every entry is saved in a log the management office can search.

Try it with a 30-day free pilot for one society. You pay nothing until you choose a plan.

Gates in Lahore: large schemes and smaller societies

Lahore's residential map covers multi-phase developments like DHA Lahore and Bahria Town Lahore, newer schemes like Lake City, established areas like Model Town, Gulberg and Johar Town, and dozens of cooperative housing societies along the Raiwind Road, Canal Road and Ferozepur Road corridors. Each has its own pressure points:

  • Multi-phase schemes have several main gates and internal block barriers. Every guard app logs to the same society record.
  • Cooperative societies usually have a small office and a part-time committee. The Admin app gives them a phone-first dashboard, so they don't need an IT team.
  • Apartment and mixed-use buildings in commercial areas need unit-level verification at the lobby.

(Place names describe the city's housing landscape only. They are not GuardWatch customers.)

Wedding season and heavy guest days

Lahore societies see large crowds during wedding functions, Eid visits and family gatherings. When a household expects many guests, it can create passes in advance. Guards then scan and move cars through instead of writing down each name and phone number. The committee still has a full record afterwards.

Helpers, drivers and staff

Regular domestic staff use the GuardWatch Helper app, which shows an entry QR that's valid only during their permitted daily window. The guard sees the permit status straight away.

Guard attendance and accountability

Guards mark shift Time IN / Time OUT in the Guard app, and their scan history is kept. If your gate staff come from a security company, both the society and the contractor work from the same evidence.

Committee dashboard

The Admin app manages users, guards and units, and shows live guest and helper activity feeds, so committee reports don't have to be compiled by hand at the end of the month.
