• Digital visitor pass management with QR code generation
• Mobile applications for residents, guards, and community managers
• Real-time security monitoring and incident reporting
• Centralized communication and notification systems
• Guard tracking and monitoring capabilities
• Administrative dashboards and reporting tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use GuardWatch, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5.2 Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment must be made through our authorized payment processors
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription

5.3 Free Trial and Pilot Programs

Free trial periods and pilot programs are subject to specific terms and conditions. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GuardWatch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
