Traffic to GuardWatch is encrypted over SSL/TLS, and stored data is encrypted at rest.

Role-based access

Residents, guards, community admins, and security companies each see only what their role needs.

Backups & recovery

Regular backups and disaster-recovery procedures protect against data loss.

Deletion on request

Ask us to delete your account data and we will delete or anonymize it, subject to legal retention needs.

No data resale

We do not sell personal information. Sharing is limited to what the Service needs to function.

Questions

Trust Center FAQ

Does GuardWatch have SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification?

Not yet. We follow strong operational practices today (encryption, role-based access, backups), but we have not completed a formal SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit. We will publish real certificates here the day we have them — never before.

Where is my data hosted?

GuardWatch uses third-party cloud hosting providers. Specific region and data-residency documentation is being formalized — contact sales if your procurement process requires this in writing before you evaluate further.

Can I see real customer references?

We only publish names, logos, and quotes with explicit customer permission. Ask your sales contact for a live reference call — this is often faster than waiting for the public case study library to grow.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You can request deletion of your account data at any time. We delete or anonymize it, except where we are legally required to retain records for a limited period.

Have a Security or Procurement Questionnaire?

Send it over — our team will complete it directly instead of asking you to guess from this page.
