GuardWatch Guard FAQs
How do guards get a login?
The community admin creates the guard account and shares the email and password. Guards cannot sign up in the app.
What if the camera cannot read the QR?
Type the code shown on the pass instead. The app checks it the same way.
Why does the app ask for location?
Your location is recorded when you tap Time IN and Time OUT, so the society can see when each shift started and ended.
What does a failed scan mean?
The app shows the reason: the pass is invalid, already used (duplicate) or expired. Do not let the visitor in on a failed scan; ask the resident to create a new pass.
