Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is by bank transfer. In Pakistan, plans are invoiced in PKR. We do not take credit cards. After you transfer, upload your payment proof and our team verifies it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every society can start with a 30-day free pilot. No card is needed and nothing is charged during the pilot. Online signup through the pilot page has no setup fee and includes remote setup help. In Pakistan, optional assisted onboarding (an on-site visit, guard and admin training, and loading your residents) is a one-time service priced by plan (Starter PKR 25,000, Professional PKR 40,000, Enterprise PKR 60,000), charged only if you choose it, when you move to a paid plan. No setup fee outside Pakistan. The pilot does not switch to a paid plan automatically. After it, you choose Starter ($99/month, up to 200 units), Professional ($249/month, up to 500 units) or Enterprise ($499/month, unlimited units). In Pakistan, plans are invoiced in PKR by bank transfer. Prepaying a yearly plan gets a discount.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you before you reach your limits. You can upgrade your plan or contact us for custom solutions.
